Apple Rejects Samsung Request To See iOS 6 Source Code In Korea Patent Battle

In Korea's Seoul Central District Court, Samsung has brought a patent infringement case against Apple's mobile operating system -- and is now putting pressure on Apple to show it the iOS 6 source code. According to The Korea Times, Samsung is apparently claiming -- Catch 22-style -- that without seeing the source code, it can't judge whether Apple's software infringes its technology patents.
